Direct and provide leadership in the development and implementation of enterprise security plans and provide management with the tools and reporting that enables informed decision making on priorities, investments, remediation activities and improvements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership and with industry peers and solution providers to identify, roadmap and implement value-added security solutions for information technology, operational technology and physical assets.
Lead periodic security risk and gap assessments and define and drive corresponding action plans for prioritized remediation of gaps and vulnerabilities.
Lead and promote solution development and technology research and development, applying the principles and techniques of security risk analysis and focused on the strategic direction of the organization.
Develop and provide strategic recommendations to the Executive and Board of Directors in the areas of cyber security and physical security.
Manage and provide leadership to the workgroup providing the development, interpretation and administration of Enterprise Security policies, procedures, practices, and goals.
Direct and provide leadership in the negotiation of vendor contracts for enterprise security contractors and consulting, ensuring alignment with Corporate strategic direction as well as industry standards and best practice.
Other related duties as assigned.
