The Director E Commerce – MENAPAKT & CCA role is a pivotal leadership opportunity within KFC MENAPAKT FZ-LLC's Marketing department.
With a focus on digital commerce, you will drive the execution of performance marketing, CRM, loyalty, and Martech enablement strategies.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and franchise partners, you will ensure seamless campaign delivery, digital platform optimization, and enhanced customer engagement across the MENAPAKT region.
This role is responsible for approximately USD 1Bn in system sales and supports over 2400 personnel, including Operations and Restaurant Support Centre staff.
Responsibilities
- Architect a unified digital commerce vision, tailoring strategies for market maturity and ensuring omnichannel consistency and growth.
- Lead regional media and acquisition strategies, partnering with performance agencies for next-gen campaigns and benchmarking.
- Build data-rich customer engagement engines, evolving loyalty programs to create emotional brand connections.
- Develop and scale Martech and data capabilities, future-proofing for a cookieless, privacy-centric environment.
- Transform data into actionable strategies through deep insight mining and market research.
- Lead pilot initiatives in loyalty tech, media automation, AI/ML, and CX optimization, scaling proven solutions.
- Inspire and empower a high-performing team, agencies, and franchisees, fostering a future-forward mindset.
- Bridge regional priorities with global vision, building strong alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless plan execution, seeking technical advice from relevant functions and leadership teams.
- Foster business relationships and collaborate with franchisees, agencies, and external consultants.
Experience Required
- 10-15 years of progressive leadership in digital marketing, eCommerce, Martech, or transformation roles, preferably in QSR, retail, or FMCG.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or Technology; MBA or postgraduate studies preferred.
- Deep expertise in customer acquisition, lifecycle engagement, and retention strategies across diverse markets.
- Strong command of digital transformation frameworks, with the ability to architect scalable strategies.
- Proven track record in driving growth through innovation, digital maturity mapping, and future-forward thinking.
- Well-versed in performance marketing disciplines and able to guide teams and agencies on strategy and execution.
- Strong understanding of the Martech ecosystem, including tools like GA360, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Firebase.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, agency partners, and franchisees, influencing senior stakeholders.
- Charismatic communicator with strong executive presence, skilled in presenting complex results clearly.
- Culturally intelligent, adaptable, and fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an asset).
