Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 10 15 years of experience in district cooling, HVAC system management, or related engineering fields
- Strong project management experience with a proven track record of delivering large scale engineering projects
- Comprehensive understanding of energy efficiency principles, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management and design software relevant to cooling systems
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions for system enhancements
