Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 12+ years of professional experience in design leadership roles, preferably within real estate or entertainment sectors
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage creative teams
- Exceptional communication skills with expertise in presenting complex design solutions
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high impact design projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices is highly advantageous
- Ability to think critically and creatively, with strong attention to detail
