Overview

Product Enablement

• Leverage expertise in product delivery strategies to address complex business challenges and enhance client outcomes.
• Collaborate with research, data science, and engineering teams to ensure delivery integrates advanced technologies, predictive analytics, and automation capabilities.
• Ensure that solutions are technically robust, scalable, and adaptable to client-specific requirements and market trends.

Stakeholder Engagement & Client Delivery

• Serve as the primary delivery contact for clients, establishing trust and ensuring clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.
• Partner with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and optimization of products.
• Translate client feedback and market insights into actionable improvements, driving continuous innovation and enhancements in delivery.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain delivery timelines and client satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to align delivery goals with product development strategies and timelines.
• Work closely with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure solutions adhere to industry standards, data privacy regulations, and security requirements.
• Establish frameworks for effective collaboration across teams, promoting transparency and accountability in delivery processes.

Performance Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track delivery success, product performance, and client satisfaction.
• Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance delivery efficiency, scalability, and repeatability.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in technologies, delivery methodologies, and tools, integrating them into delivery practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Technical Expertise

• Deep understanding of delivery frameworks, product management processes, and data-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and deployment frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate with data science and engineering teams to deliver technical products.
• Leadership and Execution
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex, cross-functional delivery programs.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, driving performance in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Client Focus And Communication

• To qualify for the role you must have
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or product delivery, with a focus on data-driven solutions.
• Experience working for a GSI
• Proven track record of successfully delivering SaaS or enterprise products to clients.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.
• Expertise in delivery methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
