Director, CMS

Responsible for leading and running cash management services and develop and strategies to ensure that the business unit attains the leading position in the market and maintains the leadership role.

To provide clients with secure cash management services and monitor cash management services budget and profitability.

This position will define new requirements and processes, manage existing processes and continuous business improvement, and establish a working relationship between various stakeholders.

Ensure that Cash Services will align with standard operating procedures and industrial best practices.

• Implement the corporate strategy and achieve the short-term/long terms objectives set by the Executive Management.
• Lead the development and implementation of cash management services strategies in line with industrial practices and regulations.
• Motivate human resources, develop human resources knowledge and skills, and define recruitment and training requirements in coordination with the departmental heads and the HR.
• Responsible for preparing and managing cash services service budgets. Plan, manage, and reported on cash management services budget, and ensure departmental profitability.
• Monitor and manage the mobilization and demobilization of all new and existing projects, identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate and address the risks.
• Oversee centralized Cash Services operations, including CIT, ATM & MBCC.
• Monitor, maintain & improve Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Criminal Justice, or Management.
• +10 years of experience in various rules.

Knowledge of the organization's methods and practices for protecting and enhancing the health and safety of people, the workplace at SAFE, and Client sites.

Ability to demonstrate knowledge of fire prevention and fighting systems, techniques, procedures, and standards.

Demonstrates the discipline of planning, organizing, and managing resources and activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe and standards.

Demonstrates knowledge in applying job-related tasks, including using systems, tools, and equipment throughout the services process in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and integrated management system (IMS), and SAFE policies.

Identifying Risk and detecting threats

Reviews the environmental and security conditions at a site and determine if security threats and vulnerabilities are present to the extent that remediation may be necessary.

Utilizes security threat detection methods to help identify red flags and proven security investigation and resolution methods.

Demonstrates ability to deploy mitigations to protect client sites and property against threats and facilitate the development and implementation of risk management approaches.

Continuously monitors, detects, and takes preventive actions to prevent occurrence and reoccurrence.

Responding to incidents and Taking action

Respond to incidents appropriately depending on their severity per the standard operation procedures and IMS, investigate incidents, mitigate and remedy the consequences and reports, and notify relevant stakeholders.

Maintaining records

Demonstrates working knowledge of the SAFE records management policies and procedures.

Maintains records of incidents according to the set policies and procedures.

Track and store information to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records and share information across the organization to ensure others have up-to-date knowledge of records.
