Chief Operation Officer

Responsible for providing the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that SAFE has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to grow the organization and ensure operating efficiency effectively.

Foster a culture of cooperation, learning and development, and leadership.

Provide leadership and development advice to direct reports.

Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performance management team; provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.
