- Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and customer success for Capital One
- Have an ownership mindset, and strategic planning with a 6 24 month horizon
- Develop and implement enhancements in our technology capabilities to lead the enterprise in risk management
- Manage and develop a cross functional team of analysts, process managers and product
- Coach and mentor associates throughout the organization with a goal of developing and retaining talent
- Foster innovation, drive critical decisions, hold business partners accountable, and consistently deliver results
Requirements
- 5+ years of leading analytical, process and product teams
- 5+ years of leading a cross functional team of 8+ reports
- 5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- A deep understanding of product economics and PNL experience
- High level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
- Can collaboratively drive teams and stakeholders with disparate goals
- Able to present to executive management often and in a compelling manner on key KPIs and results

About the Role
- You will have the opportunity to flex skills as a general manager across credit, operations, and technology in a critical area of our business responsible for delivering over CAD 1B in revenue.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of leading analytical, process and product teams
- 5+ years of leading a cross functional team of 8+ reports
- 5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- A deep understanding of product economics and PNL experience
- High level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
- Can collaboratively drive teams and stakeholders with disparate goals

- This role is eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es).
