The organization is transitioning from large-scale construction toward long-term operations, asset stewardship, tenant partnerships, and sustainable asset management.
Job summary
The role provides owner-side leadership and oversight of technical aspects across hospitality assets.
The position supports assets throughout their lifecycle, from commissioning and handover through maintenance, operation, and optimization.
Technical responsibilities
- Oversee hotel handovers, defects management, engineering governance, preventive planned maintenance strategy review, and POMEC planning.
- Lead technical audits, building systems performance reviews, lifecycle planning, sustainability initiatives, and operational technical support.
- Review operator engineering practices, maintenance programs, capital plans, technical standards, energy performance, and asset condition.
- Ensure assets are commissioned correctly, maintained effectively, and operated efficiently in line with owner expectations and industry best practices.
