Role overview
The role provides owner-side oversight of asset condition, engineering performance, lifecycle planning, maintenance strategies, capital investment, operational readiness, and technical risk.
The Director will work with internal teams, operators, consultants, and service providers to maintain safe, compliant, reliable, efficient, and high-performing assets.
The role supports the long-term performance, guest experience, sustainability, operational reliability, and value of complex destination assets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop technical asset strategies, lifecycle plans, and capital investment priorities.
- Lead asset condition assessments, technical due diligence, and engineering audits.
- Oversee asset reliability, maintenance performance, statutory compliance, and technical risk.
- Review and challenge operator and facilities management technical plans, budgets, and performance.
