- Manage AP, AR, and fixed assets processes
- Ensure adherence to Saudi tax, zakat, VAT regulations
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Enhance accounting processes through automation and efficiency improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting leadership
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations

Job Purpose
- Lead the Accounting department by overseeing the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial records, transactions, and statutory reports across SOPC.
Financial Accounting Management
- Oversee all general ledger activities, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Review entity wide consolidated financial statements.
- Validate accounting estimates, provisions, depreciation, and adjustments.
- Ensure strong documentation, audit trails, and accounting governance.
Accounts Payable, Receivable & Fixed Assets Control
- Direct AP and AR processes to ensure timely payments and accurate invoicing.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of fixed assets.
- Strengthen operational controls across cash disbursements, receivables, and asset management.
- Improve workflow automation and system utilization across AP/AR/FA processes.
Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure adherence to Saudi tax, zakat, VAT, and other financial regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes.
- Enhance accounting processes by identifying inefficiencies and leveraging automation.
- Collaborate with IT and Digital Transformation divisions to optimize ERP configuration.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide the Senior Director with clear financial analysis and accounting insights.
- Present periodic accounting dashboards and compliance indicators.
