Purunity is a customer-centric company focused on improving water and air care products and services.
The company is expanding its community across the UAE and is hiring a Sales Associate within its Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Canvass territories to present company products and services to potential customers.
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
- Contact leads and set appointments to present products and services.
- Complete order forms and submit them for processing.
- Prepare sales proposals for potential buyers when necessary.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Visit commercial towers and introduce Purunity to prospective customers.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Candidates should be positive, self-motivated, adaptable to technology, and comfortable with little direction.
- The role requires networking, professional relationship building, sales planning, prioritization, efficient time management, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Proven work experience in direct or outdoor sales.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Competence with Microsoft tools.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Willingness to travel 75% is required.

Job Type and Pay
- The position is full-time and permanent.
- Pay is AED 3,400 to AED 3,800 per month, with fixed salary, fixed incentive, and variable commission described in the application questions.

- Work location is in person and the role involves outdoor sales visits.
