Role Overview
The Customer Care Representative supports customers through enquiries, account management, service coordination, and cross-functional communication.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Manage current customer accounts.
- Arrange maintenance and technical services for clients.
- Coordinate with sales and technical departments.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working with limited direction.
- Able to use technology and software, build professional relationships, prioritize work, and collaborate with a team.
Requirements
- Proven work experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred, with fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
