Job Summary
Lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives as a Digital Product Manager / Business Analyst.
Define and improve digital customer journeys while supporting scalable, user-friendly digital products.
Work closely with business stakeholders, UI/UX teams, technology teams, QA, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end journeys for customer onboarding, servicing, personal loans, loan top-up, and self-service.
- Translate business requirements into BRDs, FSDs, wireframes, user flows, and functional requirements.
- Participate in product roadmaps, feature prioritization, sprint planning, and requirement grooming.
- Conduct journey mapping, gap analysis, competitor benchmarking, and digital experience improvement analysis.
- Own UAT planning, test case validation, release testing, and QA coordination.
- Coordinate with UI/UX teams, technology partners, and third-party vendors for product delivery.
- Identify process improvement, automation, and digital transformation opportunities.
Required Skills and Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in business analysis, digital product management, digital transformation, or a similar role.
