Role Overview
The role is a highly technical, hands-on Technical Lead in C++ development.
Approximately 85–90% of the work involves designing, coding, and debugging microsecond-sensitive applications.

The role focuses on low-latency C++ programming and developing technical management capabilities.
High-Performance C++ Engineering
- Develop, refactor, and maintain systems-level code using Modern C++17/20.
- Work on market data normalization, pre-trade risk checks, and execution routers.
- Apply object pools, ring buffers, placement new, and other low-latency techniques.
- Develop ultra-fast IPC using Linux shared memory and lock-free queues.
- Implement deterministic multithreading using atomic operations and CPU thread affinity.
- Use template metaprogramming and HTL concepts for zero-overhead runtime execution.
Trading Systems and Data Logic
- Apply advanced data structures and algorithms including lock-free arrays, skip lists, and binary trees.
