Role Description
- This full time remote role focuses on leading end to end transformation initiatives for clients and internal stakeholders.
- The role involves assessing current business processes and technology landscapes, identifying opportunities for digitalization, automation, and process optimization, and defining clear transformation roadmaps.
- The professional will collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and apply design thinking to co create solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Daily Activities
- Conducting data driven analyses, preparing business cases, managing project plans and timelines.
- Ensuring effective change management and stakeholder communication.
- Monitoring key performance indicators, reporting on progress to leadership, and continuously refining transformation strategies based on feedback and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Digital Transformation and Business Transformation, with experience leading multi phase initiatives across processes, technology, and organizational change.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, develop insights, and build evidence based recommendations and business cases.
- Solid Consulting and stakeholder management capabilities, including facilitation of workshops, executive presentations, and advisory engagements.
- Proficiency in Design Thinking methods to frame problems, generate innovative solutions, and prototype and validate concepts with end users.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or hybrid approaches) and digital tools supporting collaboration and workflow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple initiatives, and collaborate effectively with international and cross functional teams.
- Previous experience in organizational change management, process improvement, or technology implementation in consulting firms or corporate environments is highly beneficial.
