Role Overview
Lead initiatives that enhance business performance through digital solutions, process optimization, and innovative technologies.
Assess existing processes, identify digital improvement opportunities, and develop transformation roadmaps.
Align digital initiatives with organizational objectives through collaboration with business, technology, operations, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation of technology-enabled solutions.
- Manage transformation projects and multiple digital initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and support automation and data-driven decision-making.
- Improve workflows and monitor project outcomes.
- Promote digital adoption and organizational change across the organization.
- Translate business challenges and requirements into practical digital solutions.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, business process optimization, automation, and technology trends.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
