Renew Water is seeking a customer-focused and strategic Customer Experience Manager.

The role leads initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, engagement, loyalty, and overall business performance.

Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey.
Develop strategies for seamless and meaningful experiences across all customer touchpoints.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, product, and service teams to identify customer needs.
Implement customer experience strategies and improvement initiatives.
Monitor customer experience metrics and develop service standards.
Manage feedback programs, identify pain points, support customer journey mapping, and drive continuous improvement.

A bachelor's degree or above is required in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of customer experience, customer journey management, service quality, and customer engagement is required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required to interpret customer data and feedback.
Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities are required.
Ability to develop and implement customer experience strategies and improvement initiatives is required.
