Sales and customer engagement
- Lead consultative sales conversations with business decision makers about Microsoft AI solutions.
- Align AI solutions with customer priorities and develop compelling business-value and ROI cases.
- Drive adoption and growth by identifying opportunities to deliver measurable customer value and business outcomes.
- Identify and develop new opportunities through customer engagement, marketing programs, digital insights, and partner collaboration.
- Maintain accurate account plans, pipelines, and customer engagement activities.
Cross-functional execution
- Partner with technical specialists, engineering, customer success, and partner organizations on end-to-end customer engagement and sales strategies.
