THE QUALIFICATIONS

• The Senior Solution Systems Analyst / Solution Systems Analyst, Digital Technology, has :
• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in: Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Business Technology, or a related field. Gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions. Configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting enterprise technology solutions. Working with system integrations, data flows, APIs, and interconnected applications. Creating solution documentation, process flows, user stories, and test artifacts. Knowledge of software delivery methodologies and solution lifecycle management practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

THE COMPENSATION

• At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
