The Opportunity
Aritzia’s Omni Department is building the foundation for seamless customer experiences across fulfillment and delivery channels.
Lead the team responsible for exceptional service throughout the post-purchase journey, including shipping, delivery and returns.
Work with senior leaders across Retail, eCommerce, Concierge, Technology and Supply Chain to deliver the omni-channel vision.
Role Responsibilities
- Establish an enduring omni-channel strategy across digital customer touchpoints.
- Provide elevated, timely and convenient customer logistics services.
- Build and manage the Customer Shipping and Returns Program.
- Optimize returns and exchanges, advance service options and ensure policies remain competitive.
- Identify and implement technology for consistent cross-channel capabilities.
- Partner with eCommerce, Product, Supply Chain and ERM to optimize the customer delivery experience.
- Evaluate final-mile delivery options and balance speed and cost, including same-day opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven skills, education and five or more years of industry experience in Omni, Product Management, Operations and Logistics, or eCommerce.
