Work Experience / Education / Certifications
5+ years in product management, preferably in ecommerce, retail, or a digital-first company
Competencies / Skills / Attributes
Hands-on experience with a modern commerce platform, such as Shopify, is a strong asset
Partnering closely with UX/design teams and working within a design system
Strong analytical skills; uses data to drive decisions (Google Analytics, SQL, A/B testing)
Proven ability to define requirements, manage backlogs, and execute in Agile environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to influence and align teams
Technical acumen to collaborate with engineering (coding experience a plus, not required)
Experience with product management tools like JIRA and Confluence
Passion for ecommerce and customer experience, with a user-first mindset
