Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the Connected Aircraft digital product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and manage the product roadmap based on customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
- Act as the primary point of accountability for product direction and decision making
- Engage with customers and end users to understand needs and pain points
- Define and prioritize product backlog, ensuring alignment with roadmap
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure user centered design principles
- Work closely with software development teams to ensure product vision is translated into deliverables
- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and adoption metrics
Requirements
- University degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, digital product development, or a related role
- Experience working with multidisciplinary software development teams
- Ability to understand and operate within an aviation environment
- Strong customer centric mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to make product decisions in a fast paced, Agile environment
- Experience in aerospace, aviation, or aircraft maintenance environments (asset)
- Familiarity with IoT, real time data systems, or data driven digital products (asset)
