About the Role

Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner within the Supply Chain, Program Office & Engineering strategy and governance team, shaping the evolution of Bombardier’s SRM framework and deployment roadmap
- Lead, coordinate, and execute enterprise‑level SRM initiatives, ensuring alignment with Bombardier’s strategic priorities
- Provide guidance and direction to cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution of SRM deliverables
- Own the governance cadence, including executive steering reviews, KPI updates, SRM dashboards, strategic reporting, and communication packages for senior leadership
- Drive risk identification and mitigation, proactively resolving execution challenges and influencing stakeholders to remove barriers
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SRM processes, playbooks, templates, tools, and best practices
- Facilitate strategic workshops, supplier‑facing engagements, training sessions, and change‑management activities
- Act as a change champion, fostering alignment, promoting SRM culture, and ensuring stakeholders understand roles and expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related field; a Master’s degree or PMP/PMI certification is an asset
- 5–8+ years of experience in project leadership, supplier management, procurement, operations, transformation, or strategy roles—preferably within aerospace or a similarly complex industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and manage competing priorities
- Strong strategic thinking, structured problem‑solving skills, and a track record of delivering high‑impact results
- Exceptional executive‑ready presentation skills
- Fluent in English and French

- Act as a change champion, fostering alignment, promoting SRM culture
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Contracts, Commodity Teams, Quality, Programs, Aftermarket, and Logistics
- Represent the SRM program in cross‑functional forums
How to thrive in this role?
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related field; a Master’s degree or PMP/PMI certification is an asset
- Bring 5–8+ years of experience in project leadership, supplier management, procurement, operations, transformation, or strategy roles—preferably within aerospace or a similarly complex industry
