Responsibilities
- Lead pre sales activities for Digital/IT solutions including QA/QC, OutSystems, and performance monitoring
- Understand customer requirements and convert them into clear solution approaches
- Prepare and support technical proposals, scope documents, SOWs, and RFP responses
- Participate in customer meetings to present solution architecture at business and technical levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to estimate efforts, define solution components, and ensure feasibility
- Conduct product/solution demonstrations and assist in technical validations
- Support sales negotiations with technical justification and risk/assumptions management
Requirements
- Experience in pre sales for digital/IT solutions
- Knowledge of QA/QC, OutSystems, Low Code/No Code, and Application/Infrastructure Performance Monitoring
- Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into solution approaches
- Experience preparing technical proposals, scope documents, SOWs, and RFP responses
- Strong communication and presentation skills
