Lead digital optimisation across Sky Business platforms, owning the A/B testing framework, experimentation backlog, and CRO roadmap
Use analytics and insight tools to identify opportunities, delivering data-led recommendations to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion
Manage and optimise onsite journeys, content, and funnels to enhance customer experience (CX) and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, developers, product, marketing) to deliver measurable improvements in web performance
Translate experimentation outcomes into clear recommendations, including impacts to SEO, paid media, and campaign effectiveness
Champion a data-driven culture by evangelising analytics tools and ensuring tracking accuracy, including consent and privacy considerations

Proven experience in digital analytics, CRO, and optimisation (typically 5+ years in a similar role)
Strong hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, GTM, and A/B testing platforms (e.g. Optimizely)
Demonstrated ability to turn data into actionable insight, driving measurable improvements in conversion and engagement
Solid understanding of SEO, paid media, digital marketing performance, and customer journey optimisation
Experience working with developers, UX/UI teams, and presenting insights to stakeholders at all levels
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with strong organisation and problem-solving capability
