Planning Analyst

Role overview

What you'll do

• Track and manage financial forecasts and actuals across portfolios of work.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, variances, and business insights.
• Produce reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Support timesheet tracking and compliance to maintain accurate capacity and demand planning.
• Contribute to capacity and demand initiatives and broader strategic planning efforts.

What you'll bring

• Proven analytical experience in planning, forecasting, or business operations within technology or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and able to solve problems.
