Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the pharmacy division’s e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and uptime.
- Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy across all online channels.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery operations.
- Implement and manage online payment gateways, ensuring secure and smooth transaction processes.
- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines (SEO/SEM), and display advertising.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, website, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Manage paid advertising budgets and campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize return on investment.
- Build and maintain the pharmacy division’s social media presence, growing followers and community engagement.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including website traffic, sales revenue, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to generate insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for management review.
- Coordinate with the pharmacy operations team to align digital marketing efforts with product availability and promotions.
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and platform providers for website development and digital advertising needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management and/or digital marketing.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or retail industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of managing online stores and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.

- Growth in online sales revenue and order volume.

- SEO ranking improvements for targeted keywords.
- Timely and accurate execution of digital campaigns.
- Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
