- Valid nursing certificate/license (QCHP / MoPH preferred but not mandatory)
- Previous experience in reception or office administration is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential employee information

Role Overview
- We are seeking a professional and responsible Reception & Nursing Assistant to support front office operations and provide basic health and first aid assistance within a corporate office environment in Qatar.
Reception & Office Administration
- Receive and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Health & First Aid Support (Office Based)
- Provide basic first aid and immediate assistance to employees when required.
- Monitor and record basic vitals when necessary (BP, temperature, etc.).
- Maintain first aid kits and office medical supplies.
- Assist in workplace health, safety, and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate with nearby clinics or emergency services when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Assistance.
- Valid nursing certificate/license (QCHP / MoPH preferred but not mandatory for office roles).
- Previous experience in reception or office administration is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Presentable, calm, and professional attitude.
- Experience working in a corporate or administrative environment in Qatar / GCC.
- Familiar with basic workplace health & safety practices.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
