- Manage website content, landing pages, SEO, and user experience
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, paid media, email, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms
- Generate qualified leads and support sales objectives through digital marketing initiatives
- Create and manage content including posts, reels, videos, captions, and campaign messaging
- Optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, display, and retargeting channels
- Track and report on campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, conversions, and lead quality
- Utilize AI powered marketing tools for content creation, automation, targeting, analytics, and reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high quality digital campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related field
- 5 7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate or destination marketing
- Proven expertise in social media management, paid advertising, SEO, CRM campaigns, email marketing, and analytics
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems (Salesforce/Zoho), Canva, Adobe tools, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong content creation, video coordination, reporting, and analytical skills
- Experience leveraging AI tools for marketing optimization
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
