Requirements

Role Overview
- Eternell Clinic is seeking a highly driven and result oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to lead digital patient acquisition and generate measurable clinic appointments, consultations, and revenue.
- The ideal candidate should have strong hands on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Business Profile, graphic content creation, landing pages, lead generation, conversion tracking, and Shopify management.
- This is not only a social media management role. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and managing complete digital marketing funnels that convert online audiences into qualified leads and paying patients.
Performance Marketing and Patient Acquisition
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive patient enquiries, bookings, consultations, and clinic visits.
- Generate qualified leads for aesthetic, dental, longevity, functional medicine, wellness, IV therapy, peptide, dermatology, and other clinic services.
- Develop monthly lead generation and patient acquisition strategies aligned with clinic revenue targets.
- Monitor lead quality, cost per lead, cost per appointment, patient conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, and return on advertising spend.
- Coordinate with the clinic sales, reception, and call centre teams to improve lead follow up and appointment conversion.
- Create retargeting campaigns for website visitors, social media audiences, previous leads, and existing patients.
Meta Advertising
- Independently manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Create campaigns for lead generation, WhatsApp enquiries, website conversions, appointment bookings, awareness, and retargeting.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, campaign testing, and audience segmentation.
- Develop and test ad creatives, headlines, offers, landing pages, and calls to action.
- Manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and campaign tracking.
- Regularly optimize campaigns based on performance data and lead quality.
Google Ads
- Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research for clinic services and location based healthcare searches.
- Optimize campaigns for appointment bookings, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and form submissions.
- Improve Quality Score, conversion rate, cost per click, and cost per acquisition.
- Manage negative keywords, bidding strategies, extensions, campaign structures, and budget allocation.
- Set up and maintain Google Ads conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
SEO and Website Optimization
- Develop and implement on page, off page, local, and technical SEO strategies.
- Improve the clinic's ranking for high intent healthcare and treatment related keywords.
- Optimize service pages, blogs, landing pages, metadata, internal links, images, and website content.
- Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, competitor analysis, backlink planning, and content gap analysis.
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, organic enquiries, and conversion performance.
- Coordinate with developers to improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, user experience, and technical SEO.
Google Business Profile and Local SEO
- Manage and optimize the clinic's Google Business Profile.
- Improve the clinic's visibility on Google Maps and local search results.
- Regularly update services, offers, posts, images, timings, contact details, and clinic information.
- Develop strategies to increase genuine patient reviews and improve the clinic's online reputation.
- Monitor and respond professionally to Google reviews.
- Track calls, direction requests, website visits, and bookings generated through Google Business Profile.
Graphic Design and Content Creation
- Create professional and conversion focused graphics for social media, advertisements, offers, campaigns, brochures, banners, and website content.
- Develop static creatives, carousels, reels, short form videos, treatment explainers, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all marketing creatives maintain Eternell Clinic's premium brand positioning.
- Create content that is visually appealing, medically responsible, and suitable for the UAE market.
- Work with doctors, therapists, and clinic teams to produce educational and promotional content.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools is preferred.
Shopify and E Commerce
- Manage and update the company's Shopify website and online store.
- Upload and manage products, collections, descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, offers, discount codes, and landing pages.
- Optimize Shopify pages for conversion, SEO, usability, and mobile performance.
- Manage integrations with payment gateways, logistics providers, analytics tools, advertising platforms, and email marketing systems.
- Support online sales of supplements, wellness products, health products, packages, and clinic related offerings.
- Track online sales, abandoned carts, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.
- Develop campaigns for cross selling, upselling, retargeting, and customer retention.
Analytics, Tracking and Reporting
- Set up and manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Search Console, and call tracking systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Report on advertising spend, leads, appointments, patient visits, revenue, return on ad spend, and campaign profitability.
- Identify underperforming channels and recommend corrective actions.
- Build dashboards for management to monitor marketing and patient acquisition performance.
- Ensure that every campaign has proper tracking and measurable outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in performance marketing and digital lead generation.
- Previous experience in healthcare, clinics, aesthetics, dental, wellness, dermatology, fitness, hospitality, or other appointment based businesses is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience generating leads and converting them into appointments or physical visits.
- Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
