Role Overview
Develop, implement, and optimize online marketing strategies.
Manage multiple client accounts and work with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals.
The role requires hands-on digital marketing experience, creativity, and a focus on growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid and organic campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Improve search rankings through SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and PPC management.
- Create social media, website, blog, email, and campaign content.
- Implement Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tracking codes for websites, landing pages, and e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor campaign analytics, verify data collection, report results, and recommend optimization actions.
- Manage social media calendars and engagement, create email campaigns, and perform A/B testing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients on marketing strategy and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of digital marketing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Strong presentation and client engagement abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Hands-on Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel experience, including conversion and event tracking.
- Strong digital marketing platform experience and analytical skills.
