- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support business goals
- Coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events
- Manage the production of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for consistent brand messaging
- Oversee brand positioning and market research initiatives to identify new trends and target audience preferences
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community
- Develop monthly content calendars, reels, and story strategies aligned with brand identity
- Track and report social media KPIs and suggest improvements based on insights
- Plan and execute paid social media ad campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing and/or social media management
- Proven experience with social media platforms, analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics), and scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Excellent writing and communication skills with an eye for design and detail
- Strong knowledge of SEO, digital trends, and content marketing
- Creative mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Presentable and great in making reels and video content
- Should be willing to face the camera in videos and audio content
- Should be visiting the project site in order to make content

Job Overview

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and managing SEO.
