- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Conduct cyclical audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures
- Utilize QuickBooks to maintain financial records and generate reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies and support business decisions
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings when necessary
- Provide insights into financial performance and recommend process improvements
Requirements
- Hands on experience in QuickBooks is must have
- Hands on experience with ERP software is essential
- Proven experience working with Odoo ERP is a must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience in bank reconciliations and auditing processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business acumen and the ability to contribute to strategic financial decision making
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

- We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Accountant to join our finance team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, proficiency in QuickBooks, and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- This role involves preparing financial reports and statements, performing bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits.
