We are currently seeking a highly experienced, performance-driven Digital Marketing & Brand Growth Specialist to lead end-to-end digital marketing, brand positioning, and customer growth initiatives, with a strong focus on measurable performance and scalable growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize full-funnel performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display) and Meta platforms, ensuring strong ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth
  • Oversee and manage Google Merchant Center feeds, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and resolution of disapprovals
  • Implement and refine GA4 tracking, attribution models, and conversion measurement frameworks
  • Drive CRM strategies (Email & SMS) to enhance customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and repeat purchase behavior
  • Leverage data-driven insights to improve AOV, LTV, and overall customer value through upselling, cross-selling, and loyalty programs
  • Lead influencer marketing and brand collaborations across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, aligned with brand positioning
  • Develop and scale organic social media strategies to strengthen brand presence and engagement
  • Plan and execute PR initiatives, product launches, and media placements
  • Manage and coordinate with external agencies (creative, PR, media buying) to ensure performance-driven delivery
  • Collaborate closely with tech and UI/UX teams to enhance website performance, user journey, and conversion rates
  • Monitor, analyze, and present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization strategies
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization across all digital channels
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE healthcare advertising regulations (DHA/MOH)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within retail, beauty, e-commerce, or healthcare sectors
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo or HubSpot
  • Demonstrated experience in managing influencer campaigns and agency partnerships
  • Strong analytical mindset with a consistent track record of improving ROAS, LTV, and customer retention
  • **Candidates with experience managing annual marketing budgets of AED 2 million or above will be given strong preference**
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
