Digital Learning Experience Design Lead

At Emirates our HR Business Partnership team is responsible for supporting and providing HR expertise and consultation to various business leaders and teams across the Group.

Provide strategic design leadership in creating scalable, innovative, and globally relevant digital learning solutions, championing user-centric, modern, and future-ready learning experiences.

Lead the development and governance of forward-looking design strategies such as microlearning-first approaches, immersive, haptic, and game or simulation-based learning, to drive consistent, inclusive, and impactful digital learning across the Group.

In this role you will: Lead the design strategy for the Groups new learning platform (LXP) initiative by setting clear design standards and frameworks for content, learning pathways, and data-driven learning experiences.

Create, maintain and champion Group-wide design governance for digital learning that follow modern best practices, engage learners, support business goals, and ensure consistent, scalable, accessible, inclusive and responsive design across all business areas.

Define and test design approaches for new and emerging learning technologies and methodologies (i.e. immersive, adaptive learning, microlearning) using expert instructional design and UI/UX skills, while staying current with industry trends and external benchmarks.

Coach and support Learning & Talent colleagues, and consult for business stakeholders, SMEs, and training teams as the go-to expert for digital learning design, ensuring all design innovation, practices, and production align with the Groups learning governance.

Define KPIs, track progress, and report impact of digital learning design practices through dashboards and insights.

Qualification To be considered for this role you must meet the below requirements: Bachelor’s or above in a relevant field (HR, Adult Learning)
