Minimum of 5 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), enterprise portals, member portals, or customer-facing digital solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
Hands-on experience with one or more leading DXP platforms, such as Liferay DXP, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar enterprise portal solutions.
Experience implementing key DXP capabilities, including content management (CMS), personalization, audience segmentation, member/customer portals, digital experience analytics, user journey orchestration, self-service capabilities, and workflow automation.
Strong proficiency in modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Next.js, Vue.js, and related frameworks.
Experience designing and integrating REST APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and enterprise identity and access management solutions.
Experience integrating DXP platforms with CRM systems, analytics platforms, content management solutions, enterprise applications, APIs, and member/customer management systems.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud-native architecture, and modern CI/CD practices.
Experience working in Agile environments and utilizing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
Relevant DXP, cloud, or web development certifications are preferred.
Auto insurance claims industry experience is preferred.
