The Opportunity
Lead strategy, design, and optimization of digital touchpoints for a health and wellness brand.
Own digital storefront reliability, platform migration, and conversion optimization across poweredbytiny.com and TH.com.
Bridge site reliability, brand quality, and revenue growth while keeping digital properties fast, accurate, and available.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end digital user journey across websites, mobile apps, and member portals.
- Advocate for accessible, inclusive, and user-first UX/UI design for diverse health consumers and patients.
- Oversee CMS content and digital reputation touchpoints to protect accuracy, trust, brand alignment, and revenue.
- Maintain uptime and monitoring and resolve incidents such as site outages, broken checkout, and tracking blackouts.
- Use analytics to understand user behavior, run CRO A/B tests, and improve conversion and engagement.
