- Completed degree/education or autodidact with agency or freelance experience
- Certificates in creative field
- Comprehensive knowledge of job specific software (Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong communication skills and keen eye for detail
- Creativity and teamwork
- Ability to follow existing processes
- Quick comprehension and high discipline
- Interest in ongoing professional development
- Good handling of performance pressure
- Clean and error free written expression in German and English

- Wir sind eine moderne, dynamische und schnellwachsende Agentur im Bereich Digital Branding.
- Wir suchen eine/n Designer/ in (m/w/d) für das Department Design & Experience.
Deine Aufgaben
- Aufbau und Entwicklung von Marken mit allen dazugehörigen Assets (CI/CD).
- Design von Branding Elementen (Grafiken, Icons, Typografie, Illustrationen etc.).
- Bearbeitung von Content gemäß Brand Guidelines für diverse Medien.
- Umsetzung von Visuals für Online Marketing Kampagnen.
- Erstellung von Mockups zur Präsentation von Referenzen.
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium/Ausbildung oder Autodidakt mit Erfahrung in Agenturen bzw. durch selbstständige Tätigkeit.
- Erworbene Zertifikate im Kreativbereich.
- Umfassende Kenntnisse in jobspezifischer Software (Adobe Creative Cloud, insbesondere Photoshop, Illustrator und InDesign).
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Details.
- Kreativität und Teamfähigkeit.
- Die Fähigkeit, bestehenden Prozessen zu folgen.
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Disziplin.
- Interesse an laufender Weiterbildung.
- Guter Umgang mit Leistungsdruck.
- Saubere und fehlerfreie schriftliche Ausdrucksform in Deutsch und Englisch.
