- Create target group appropriate content for all communication channels
- Plan and conduct internal shootings, produce content for website, team shootings, and content shootings for digital media
- Conceptualize and implement new video and image ideas for all communication channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Edit and process all recorded material according to branding guidelines
- Document events via videos and images, independently or accompanied
- Document office happenings
Requirements
- Talent in camera work for photo and video production
- Experience in content production
- Completed degree/training or autodidact with agency or freelance experience
- Certificates in creative field
- Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Creativity and teamwork
- Ability to follow existing processes
- Quick comprehension and high discipline
- Interest in ongoing training
- Good handling of performance pressure
- Clean and error free written expression in German and English

Role Overview
- We are a modern, dynamic, and fast growing agency in digital branding, looking for sympathetic, creative minds to strengthen our team.
- We are seeking a Content Producer (m/f/d) for the Content & Performance department to support us in producing high quality content for our clients and agency.
Your Tasks
- Creating target group appropriate content for all our communication channels.
- Planning and conducting our internal shootings, producing content for our website, conducting team shootings and content shootings for use in digital media.
- Conceptualizing and implementing new video and image ideas for all our communication channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Editing and processing all recorded material according to our branding guidelines.
- Documenting events via videos and images, independently or accompanied.
- Documenting office happenings.
- In summary, you are our person for the entire content creation production.
Your Profile
- Talent in camera work for photo and video production.
- Experience in content production.
- Completed degree/training or autodidact with experience in agencies or through freelance work.
- Certificates in the creative field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of job specific software (Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
