- Collaborate with product teams to digest complex energy concepts and distill them into simple, powerful visual narratives
- Transform technical white papers and product specs into snackable social content, explainer videos, infographics, and dynamic presentations
- Act as primary producer for video content: storyboarding, scripting, shooting, editing, motion graphics, and post production
- Develop visual strategies tailored for B2B platforms (primarily LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Serve as hybrid Community Manager: monitor social channels, use visuals to spark conversations, engage audience
- Stay on bleeding edge of digital trends and implement new AV techniques including responsible use of AI creative tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Integrated Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio)
- 3–6 years of experience in a hybrid design/video/digital content role
- Robust portfolio showcasing explainer videos, motion graphics, social media carousels, photography, and integrated digital campaigns
- Demonstrated experience managing corporate social media accounts and driving community engagement through visuals
- Practical knowledge and active use of AI powered creative tools

Position Description
- We are seeking a high energy, 'digital native' creative to serve as the visual translator for our complex AI B2B energy product offerings.
- This is not a traditional graphic design role limited to static PDFs. We need a strategic visual storyteller who lives at the intersection of design, video production, and digital innovation for SaaS Products.
- The primary mission is to take technical, dense product information and synthesize it into compelling, high impact audiovisual content that captures the attention of busy B2B energy decision makers.
- You will be responsible for the end to end creation of digital assets (video, animation, photography, graphics) and will act as the visual voice of our brand on social media.
Jobs To Be Done Visual Storytelling & Content Synthesis
- Collaborate with product teams to digest complex energy concepts and distill them into simple, powerful visual narratives.

Jobs To Be Done Audiovisual Production (AV)
- Act as the primary producer for video content: from storyboarding and scripting to shooting (product demos, interviews), editing, motion graphics, and post production.
- Create dynamic animations that explain process flows or technical energy solutions.
- Produce high quality photography for products, events, and team branding.
Jobs To Be Done Digital & Social Media Command
- Develop visual strategies specifically tailored for B2B platforms (primarily LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging industry channels).
- Serve as a hybrid Community Manager: monitoring social channels, using visuals to spark conversations, and engaging with our audience in a credible, on brand voice.
- Stay on the bleeding edge of digital trends, tools, and platforms, implementing new AV techniques (including responsible use of AI creative tools) to keep our brand looking modern and innovative.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Integrated Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Note: A stellar, proven portfolio showing integrated campaigns across video, digital, and social media is heavily weighted over formal education.
- Certifications in Video Production, Social Media Marketing, or Motion Graphics are a plus.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in a hybrid design/video/digital content role.
- A robust portfolio is required, showcasing a range of work: explainer videos, motion graphics, social media carousels, photography, and integrated digital campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience managing corporate social media accounts and driving community engagement through visuals.
- Practical knowledge and active use of AI powered creative tools.
- Experience in startups, tech companies, or innovation driven environments.
- Interest in technology, AI, sustainability, or B2B digital products.
Skills and Competencies Technical (Hard Skills)
- Mastery of Audiovisual Tools: Expert level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition (or equivalent high end AV software).
- Design Core: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma is a strong plus.
- Videography/Photography: Skilled in operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
- Digital Native Tools: Familiarity with latest content creation tools (e.g., Canva for rapid scalability, CapCut for quick social edits, and emerging Generative AI visual tools like Midjourney/Firefly for concepting).
- Social Platforms: Deep understanding of LinkedIn and Twitter algorithms, best practices for video specs across platforms, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Skills and Competencies Soft Skills
- The 'Essence Extractor': Exceptional ability to listen to technical explanations and quickly identify the single most important visual and copy hook.
- Audiovisual Communication Command: You think in motion and sound, not just static images.
