- Merchandise the IKEA website in an optimal and engaging way
- Coordinate creation and delivery of weekly, monthly, and bi monthly reporting on e commerce metrics
- Manage homepage and landing page content aligning with promotions, seasonality, and marketing campaigns
- Optimize layout of product listing page based on commercial priorities and user experience
- Monitor website data, search metrics, and sales performance to understand customer behavior
- Analyze sales data, website traffic, and search metrics to inform merchandising decisions
- Create recommendations for sales steering and cross selling, up selling, and add on opportunities
- Work closely with global team for alignment on business priorities and technical developments
- Ensure optimal navigation, search, and buying experience on web and app
- Work with range and SEO/SEM teams for engaging content and SEO optimized product descriptions
- Categorize and organize products for user friendly browsing
- Analyze digital merchandising performance and insights to secure add on sales and better margins

What You Will Do
- Continually merchandise the IKEA website in the most optimal and engaging way.
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of all weekly, monthly, and bi monthly reporting, specifically providing insights and analyses across e commerce metrics packages.
- Manage homepage, landing page content, aligning with promotions, seasonality, and marketing campaigns.
- Optimize layout of product listing page based on commercial priorities and desired user experience as per IKEA global guidelines and local relevance.
- Actively monitor the website data, search metrics, sales performance to understand customer behavior and act accordingly.
- Analyze sales data, website traffic, and search metrics to inform merchandising decisions.
- Create recommendations for sales steering and the most relevant and commercial cross selling, up selling and add on opportunities.
- Work closely with the global team for alignment on business priorities and technical developments.
- Ensure that Web and App site visitors can navigate, search, find and buy on our platforms in an optimal way.
- Work closely with range and SEO/SEM teams to contribute to engaging content, SEO optimized product descriptions that resonate with customers.
