Job Summary

Candidate Requirements

• One to two years of relevant experience in administration, project coordination, executive support, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, and Forms.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong administration, coordination, documentation, tracking, reporting, and filing abilities are required.
• Experience supporting presentations, proposals, and project documentation is required.
• Previous experience in events, exhibitions, creative agencies, or project-based organizations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project coordination support to internal teams.
• Maintain project trackers, reports, databases, and digital filing systems.
• Prepare and format presentations, proposals, and project documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, follow-ups, and internal action points.
• Support data entry, reporting, spreadsheet management, and project documentation.
• Follow up with stakeholders on pending actions and deadlines.
