Role Overview
Option 1 Event Services is seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and highly organized Digital Admin and Project Support professional.
The role supports administrative and project workflows in the events and exhibitions industry.
The position is based in Dubai, UAE, and requires full-time, in-person work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and project coordination support to internal teams.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, databases, and digital filing systems.
- Prepare and format presentations, proposals, and project documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, follow-ups, and internal action points.
- Maintain organized project folders and documentation on Google Drive.
- Support data entry, reporting, spreadsheet management, and project documentation.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders on pending actions and deadlines.
- Package presentations and organize documents before submission.
- Assist with reception and general office administration when needed.
- Learn and use new digital tools, platforms, and internal systems.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in administration, project coordination, executive support, or a similar role.
