Responsibilities
- Carry out advanced vehicle diagnosis, general repairs, periodic maintenance, and accessory fitment per OEM standards
- Use diagnostic equipment and technical resources to identify vehicle faults accurately
- Complete repairs in line with the Fix It Right process
- Achieve productivity, utilization, and sold hours targets
- Support Technical Advisor with advanced general repair cases across various vehicle types
- Assist with Repair Support Requests, quality checks, road testing, and technical reporting
- Create Electronic Warranty Approval Requests in Dealer Management System
- Maintain compliance with 5S, health and safety, quality control, and Electronic Vehicle Check reporting
- Support on the job training for technicians and develop technical capability
- Ensure proper use, care, and inventory management of special service tools
Requirements
- Skilled and experienced in advanced vehicle diagnosis and repair
- Experience with OEM standards and repair manuals
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment and technical resources
- Knowledge of hybrid, petrol, diesel, and hydrogen powered vehicles

Overview of the role
- Looking for a skilled and experienced Diagnostic Master Technician to join Retail Aftersales team in the UAE
- Responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools and the Fix It Right process
- Deliver high quality customer experience and support customer retention in line with OEM standards
What you will do
- Carry out advanced vehicle diagnosis, general repairs, periodic maintenance, advanced general repairs, and accessory fitment as per repair manuals and OEM standards
- Use diagnostic equipment and technical resources to identify vehicle faults accurately and complete repairs in line with the Fix It Right process
- Achieve productivity, utilization, and sold hours targets set by the business
- Support the Technical Advisor with advanced general repair cases across hybrid, petrol, diesel, and hydrogen powered vehicles
- Assist with Repair Support Requests, quality checks, road testing, and technical reporting where required
