Job Summary

Core Responsibilities

• Support physicians during consultations and advanced clinical or diagnostic procedures.
• Proficiently perform phlebotomy, sample collection, and IV insertions, with a specific focus on wellness and aesthetic IV therapies.
• Safely and accurately administer oral and intravenous medications in strict compliance with medical directives and DHA regulations.
• Provide a premium, therapeutic, and client-centered experience, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality.
• Maintain precise, meticulous, and timely electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation.
• Act as an effective team player, coordinating seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to optimize clinic workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must possess an active and valid **DHA (Dubai Health Authority) License** or Eligibility Letter.
• Minimum of **2+ years of clinical experience within the UAE** is required.
• Prior experience in a wellness, aesthetics, or premium private clinic environment is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional skill in IV cannulation and phlebotomy is non-negotiable.
• Strong attention to detail, professional demeanor, and outstanding communication skills.
