- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a call center role
- Healthcare call center experience is mandatory
- Sales experience in a call center or customer service environment is required
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong active listening and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast paced environment
- Quick learner with ability to navigate CRM and internal systems
- Positive attitude, professional phone etiquette, and strong teamwork skills
