- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (for RN or Assistant Nurse)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
- Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
- Proficient in English and Hindi

Position Summary
- We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse to join our Doctor On Call service team.
- This role plays a vital part in delivering high quality medical care during home or site visits.
- The ideal candidate will be patient focused, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a mobile healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during home and on site medical consultations.
- Perform initial patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Support physicians during minor procedures, ensuring strict infection control compliance.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation.
- Educate patients and caregivers on medication usage, post visit care, and follow up instructions.
- Prepare and manage medical kits, ensuring readiness and compliance with clinical standards.
- Uphold patient confidentiality, safety, and ethical nursing practices at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (for RN or Assistant Nurse).
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
- Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Hindi.
- New UAE graduates with DHA eligibility are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mobile healthcare, home visits, or community nursing.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Work Schedule & Transportation
- Rotational shifts (including day and night shifts).
- Transportation provided between office and visit locations.
