- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Process purchase bills, credit notes, and payments in Zoho Books
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations on a regular basis
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments and vendor balances
- Support month end and year end closing activities
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments when required
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience
- Strong practical experience with Zoho Books is mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated Accounts Executive with hands on experience in Zoho Books to manage day to day accounting operations, financial records.
- The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
