About the Role
Adree is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure solutions for product development and platform automation.

Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather platform requirements and understand digital transformation and automation goals
- Deliver presentations and documentation demonstrating CI/CD capabilities including agent pool management, environment provisioning, and enterprise pipeline design
- Support product and engineering teams by creating reusable pipeline templates and secure shared libraries in Azure DevOps Server
- Provide DevOps expertise across the product lifecycle to enforce complex branching strategies, optimize build runner performance, and maintain Linux based runner systems
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (Security and QA) to manage 3rd party libraries, integrate OpenText security tooling (Fortify SCA), and embed automated testing frameworks
- Stay current with industry trends in containerization, automation workflows, and infrastructure delivery mechanisms
- Conduct internal and client workshops to enable GitOps delivery and workload promotion using Argo CD to OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms
- Participate in Agile development and release processes by integrating monitoring hooks and driving production deployment patterns including AppDynamics, BMC, and Azure Monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field
- 6 10+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Build & Release automation in enterprise environments
- Proven hands on production delivery exposure (scaling live environments)
- Deep expertise in CI/CD pipeline engineering, secure pipeline patterns, agent pool configuration, and advanced branching strategies
- Strong hands on containerization and orchestration experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift
- Practical infrastructure automation skills: Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), configuration management (Ansible), Linux administration, and systems scripting
- Familiarity with enterprise artifact and dependency management (JFrog Artifactory)
- Analytical capability to implement secure application pipelines including Fortify SCA, HashiCorp Vault, and Sigstore/SecurEnvoy MFA verification
- Excellent communication, coaching mindset, cross team collaboration, high ownership and accountability
- Experience in government, heavily regulated, or complex enterprise sectors is highly preferred
